The Research On The Application Of Changyu-highway Construction Project Cost Management

The project management is the important basic theory that has been used in the highway construction enterprise for more than 20 years. But still there are many problems particularly the project cost management problem existing in the project management in present highway construction enterprise,which seriously puzzled the development of the highway construction enterprises. This article carries on the introduction on the following three aspects: the analysis of the cost construct and budgets of Changyu highway construction project,the project cost management of Changyu highway construction,the analysis of the successful factors project cost management of the Changyu highway construction.The present situation of the highway construction enterprise cost management requests us to explore a set of the cost management methods to suit to characteristics of the project management. This method must be able to minimize the influence of the human factor to the cost , and put the responsibility,authority and benefits of the cost management together,be able to mobilize the whole staff to participate in the cost management. The Objective-Cost management is the concentrated expression of these requirement。First,the scientific classification of the project cost is the foundation of the cost management .we divide the cost into two categories: The fixed cost and variable costs,it will not only be helpful to the cost forecast,planning and analysis,but also to seek ways to reduce costs.
