Study On The Peasants' Income In Jilin Province

In the last ten years the peasants'income keeps increasing, but at a low speed. The tendency not only leads to the enlarging gap between the urban and rural residents and the poor lives of peasants, but also restricts the development of social economy as well as the rural economy. Then it has become one of the biggest obstacles of our building social well-off society and harmonious socialistic society. By making an analysis on the issue of peasants'income in resent years in Jilin Province by means of the combination of theory and demonstration, this article clarifies the austere situation of peasants'income increasing and puts forward some advice and measures to increase peasants'income.This article collects some relative theories of peasants'income increase, which analyze the issue from different aspects and different angles. The theory of resources endowment believes that, the reserve proportion of production factors or the endowment of resources are different in different countries and regions, so the comparative cost of production is decided not only by the difference in techniques, but also by the difference in proportion of production factors (eg. Labor, capital, land, etc.) and its scarcity. Hollowing out of industry believes that, the growth of society and the running of economy make agriculture divided and dismembered and belonged to different economical interest party.
