| Today, within the globe, compete among big enterprises are getting more and more fierce. The change and complicity in inner and outer circumstances around those producing enterprises keep speeding themselves. Products' life cycle are getting shorter and shorter. Moreover, customers are shrewder than ever and not so loyal to those famous brands. Therefore, some strong big enterprises in the industries like automobiles and PCs are adjusting old managing scope and taking their respective suppliers and costumers into their own managing system. By considering the optimum profits within the system as a whole, they reinforce their competence further. Since within enterprises in some specific industries, optimizing the profit of every concrete unite can not guarantee absolute or respective competing advantage among numerous competitors, which is basic philosophy of supply chain management.Since the concept of supply chain was brought out in early 1960's, many scholars in the scope of theory and entrepreneurs contribute a lot in the course of formation of philosophy. However, we hold that among them, there are two scholar who are of great significance to the argument of this thesis, Michael Porter and Martin Christopher. The former gave important contribution to formation of philosophy and methods of SCM and laid down the foundation of our proceeding SCM in CCC. The latter not only scientifically proved that through SCM and logistic management, the order could be fulfilled perfectly, but also uplift the quality of service.
