Private- owned enterprise play an important role in our market economy. It has a far-reaching influence on the market economy. Xingsheng is a typical example of the private-owned enterprises. The problems experienced by Xingsheng are ubiquitous in other private-owned enterprises. The dissertation provides an analysis of these problems and presents some feasible solutions for Xingsheng. The solutions to those problems will also provide the benefits and further references for other private-owned enterprises.The dissertation conducts a case-study research in Xingsheng, which enables a profound diagnose and analysis of Xingsheng's problems including Business Strategy, Organization Structure, Human Resource, Financial Management and Marketing Development.
