There are more than300enterprises producing vibrating screen in China,the annual ourput value is10billion. vibrating screens are widely used in the coal chemical industry,metallurgy,mining,transportation and electric power,pharmaceutical and other industries market. With industry development, variety and quality of vibrating screen is more and higher and make vibrating screening machines develop to a higher stage. How to adjust their marketing strategies, the establishment of a series of effective marketing method has important significance for the development of enterprises.The article’s background is vibrating screen industry and study target is Anzhong Inc., Market sales theory is analyzed with strategic management theory and practices with analysis of inner and outer sales condition of the company. For outer condition,ti is analysed as screening industry status,future and trend of vibrating screen industry,demand of other industries on vibrating screen,state policy and competitors domestic and abroad.After studying of inner and outer sales conditions of Anzhong Inc.,it analyses sales compound of Anzhong Inc. company. As to enerprise’s products,prices,sales channels and promotions, with market sales and analyse and diagnose,the article identifies reasons for these problems and theory concerned by experience diagnosis and statistics diagnosis and gets diagnosis results.The article puts up a set of suggestion and comment on sales of strategy with sales theory and strategic management theory in light of diagnoses result.Hope that this paper will provide a positive and effective marketing strategies for Anzhong Inc. Also the article has a guiding role and social and economic significance for the mining equipment manufacturing companies like saddle heavy shares.
