Research On The Location Characteristic And Development Strategy Of Knowledge Intensified Service Industry

The growing up of Knowledge Intensified Service Industry (KISI) is the inevitable outcome of the development of knowledge economy, and also the inexorable tendency of the structure-upgrade inside the tertiary industry. In this paper, the conception of KISI is defined, and its characteristics that different from the traditional service are summarized, and also studied the operation mode of KISI, then the current situation of the development of KISI in our country is researched on the basic of data-analysis. Meanwhile, in the aspect of regional economics, the distribution characteristic of KISI in the different space of region is studied, and the certainty and necessity that it gathers in the Regional Central City are discussed emphatically, then the relation between them is stressed.Under all the systematic researches about KISI's location characteristic before, adopting the way of guiding practice in theory, Nanjing city as an example is taken in this paper and carried on the positive research. Nanjing City is the Regional Central City of the particular area. In this paper, the distribution characteristic and the state of development of KISI in Nanjing city is discussed. Meanwhile, the excellent and inferior conditions of KISI's development are studied too. In the end, the overall goal and strategic emphasis of Nanjing City's KISI in the following several years is proposed and a series of feasible strategic measures are put forward to guide the development of KISI in Nanjing city and finish the goal.By the studies in this article, we can get the conclusions that KISI shows the development feature of industrial concentration in the developed district, central cities and the CBD of cities, in additional, the relationship between KISI and central cities, which is useful to the scheme for the development of KISI; the positive research of Nanjing city will also have guiding significance in some degree.
