Research On The Evolution Of Regional Characteristic Agricultural Layout

With the improvement of economic development level,China is facing prominent contradictions such as unreasonable industrial structure and imbalance of supply and demand of agricultural products in the field of agricultural development.In 2017,the state made it clear in the "No.1 Central Document" that we need to carry out supply-side structural reform in agriculture and develop high-quality agricultural products that meet market demand.With its many advantages,such as safety,green and rich in regional characteristics,characteristic agriculture has become the focus of the country's support for development in the agricultural sector.In the study field of characteristic agriculture,the distribution of characteristic agriculture industry is particularly crucial.Based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign literature on industrial layout,this study analyzes the related concepts of characteristic agricultural layout from the perspective of economic geography,expounds the basic theory of characteristic agricultural production layout,and analyzes the formation and development mechanism of regional characteristic agriculture.On this basis,taking the flower industry of Qingzhou City in Shandong Province as a case study,this paper makes an empirical study on the production layout of regional characteristic agriculture.With the help of the spatial analysis function of geographic information system,the spatial distribution of regional flower industry in different development stages is analyzed,and the influencing factors of flower industry layout change and the spatio-temporal change mechanism of flower industry distribution are revealed.Finally,according to the industrial layout principle and the spatial and temporal change characteristics of the regional flower industry,the future layout trend of the regional flower industry is predicted,and countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the optimization of the industrial layout.The main research conclusions are as follows:First,from the perspective of the development scale of the flower industry,the growth rate of the flower industry in Qingzhou shows a significant feature of "slow-fast-slow",while the an nual growth rate of the flower industry shows a characteristic of "from slow to fast",and the industrial system evolved from a "low-level model " to a "advanced model ".Second,the spatial pattern of flower industry in the study area showed significant aggregation characteristics.Firstly,the proportion of industrial agglomeration is decreasing year by year,but the degree of industrial agglomeration is still high.Secondly,in the process of flower industry development,the regional flower industry agglomeration center experienced the transformation from single core of Huanglou street to double core of Huanglou street and Yidu street.Finally,according to the measurement of industrial geographical center of gravity,the spatial pattern of the flower industry in Qingzhou moves from southeast to northwest,and the movement speed is slow.Third,the layout and evolution of flower industry in the research area are mainly influenced by regional government policies,leading enterprises and other factors.Among them,regional government policies provide preconditions for the rise of the flower industry,leading enterprises provide guarantee for the expansion of the flower industry scale,and agricultural science and technology provide technical support for the increase of output and output value in the later stage of the flower industry.And the construction of the market and the increase in the demand for flowers are the internal and external dynamics of the evolution of the industrial layout.Fourth,there are some problems in flower industry layout of the study area,such as imperfect market construction,high degree of industrial agglomeration and so on.Based on this,in order to optimize the industrial layout,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting the construction of regional market,establishing the development mechanism of "taking strong and weak",carrying out the development mode of "one township and one industry" and promoting the development of regional flower industry cluster.
