The Study Of Property Problem In The Appropriate Scale Of Operation Of Rural Cultivated Land

Both the development of the rural area and the realization of the agricultural modernization demand agriculture to develop healthily. Accompanying with the continual development of the national economy, the defect of rural economy is more and more evidently. The management way of Joint Production Contract system has been dissipating on potential. With the agricultural surplus labor force and cultivated land shifting, our country develops the cultivated land from small-scale to large-scale management is an inevitable tendency. Because the land property rights in agriculture large-scale management plays an important role as well as in agricultural development efficiency. It gradually becomes the focal point.Currently, there are mainly three different opinions about cultivated land ownership system; the nationalization of land, the land privatization, as well as the consummation collective land ownership. These viewpoints all have certain theory value, but they mostly try hard to solve the countryside farming large-scale management property right problem under the sole property right system pattern, without fully considering the region difference as well as the region economy development is not balanced in China.The article is based on the existing research foundation, conducts the research in view of our countryside farming large-scale management in property right question. Taking Marx's property right theory as the foundation and referring to western property right theory, analyzes the property right question system to our countryside farming large-scale management, and proposes our country realizes the countryside farming large-scale management related property right system arrangement. Finally, proposes the solution to the property right problem with the principle-agent theory, this theory's core is to establish the farming management organization which has the legal person property rights and acts the peasant household to exercise the farming property rights.
