A city is a complex system and it is of great importance to study the urban ecological problems with complex ecosystem theory. The concept of health was introduced into urban ecosystem research, which could describe the conditions of system to provide useful information for decision-making of the ecological city construction. This research used of System Dynamics theory method to study the urban ecosystem health .Basing on the concept of urban complex ecosystem health and the actual conditions of Nanchang city ecology environment, this research established SD rate variable fundamental in-tree model of Nanchang urban ecosystem health development in fixed trait and fixed quantity. The model was made of five trees which contained GDP, urban population, public greening, pollution quantity and finance revenue. From these five trees to describe Nanchang urban ecosystem health development and simulate the actuality and future. Making use of five control parameters in model to change the actual development and get the simulation curve, it was better than before. According to comparing and analyzing the two simulations, so as to provide credible background simulation and research basis for urban ecological planning.
