Study On State-owned Commercial Bank Property Institution Corporate Governance Shareholding Restructuring

It is a focal financial issue how to reform Chinese state-owned commercial banks which many theoreticians pay close atention to. But there is no accordant opinion on it for a long time. The controversy focus on: whether the state-owned commercial banks have to reform its property institution and which of corporate governance renovation and property rights institution reform is the most important and urgent thing for the four state-owned banks.The dissertation expatiates abstractly and practically on the relationship of state-owned commercial banks property institution and corporate governance, and the necessity and possibility to reform property institution. First, the dissertation analyses and expounds the theory of property rights institution and corporate governance so as to reveal the impacts to corporate governance from property institution. Then it makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the limitation and efficiency of state-owned bank property institution, and analyses adverse effect to corporate governance fromcurrent property institution.
