Study On The Constuction Of Regional Innovation System In Zhejiang Province

Under the conditions that improving the regional capability are the key factors to accelerate the regional economic development, establishing and accomplishing the regional innovation system (RIS) is one of the important tasks for the regions in present. This article studies how to use the theory to construct RIS, and to improve regional innovation capability in Zhejiang Province. It is very important for Zhejiang Province to seize the opportunity of the regional economic development period.On the basis of discussing the concept, the connotation and the essential elements of the RIS, the article analyzes the current situation of RIS in Zhejiang.
