Endophytes are the important components of plant micro-ecosystems, and the secondary metabolites in endophytes would have important value. Some endophytes have the ability to synthesize the active metabolites which were produced by the host. In order to search new bioactive natural products, we have a systematical research on the chemical compositions of three endophytes Aspergillus sp. DCS31, Aspergillus sp. DCST12and Streptomyces sp. Ls76with the help of modern research methods, materials for separation and chromatography. Eighteen compounds were isolated from the three endophytes, and twelve of them were assigned, including a new compound and a novel skeleton compound.They were:N-((1S)-1-(4-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-pyran-6-yl)-2-methylbutyl) aceta mide (1*), Flavas perone (2), Asperpyrone D (3), Asperpyrone A (4),2,5-dihydroxypheny lacetic acid methyl ester (5),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (2a-methyl heptyl) ester (6),1-Monomethyl citrate (7), Sym-Dimethyl citrate (8),3-Hydroxy-3-methoxycarbony lpentanedioic acid dimethyl ester (9), Asperazine (10).(4Z.13E,15E)-7,24-dihydroxy-6.23-dimethoxy-8,12,16,20,21-pentamethyl-12,21-diox a-12-azabicyclo-4,13.15,18-tetraene-1,22-dione-25acidamide (11*),1H-indole-3-car boxylic acid (12). Compound1is a new one and compound11has novel skeleton.Fungus is the important source for searching new bioactive natural products. The whole genome of Stereum hirsutum FP-91666was sequenced; but according to the analysis results, the number of secondary metabolism genes contained in Stereum hirsutum FP-91666was far more than the amount of secondary metabolites found. So it is necessary for further research. Twelve compounds were isolated from Stereum hirsutum FP-91666. and ten of them were identificated. They were identified as: Ergosterol (13). Cerevisterol (14). Ergosterol peroxid (15),2-Methoxy-3,6,7,11,15.19.23.27-octamethyl-octacosa-2.6.10.14.18.22.26-heptaene (16).4-Methoxy-ben-zoic acid methyl ester (17). Heptadeca-8.11-dienoic acid methyl ester (18). Hepta-deca-8,11-dienoic acid2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethyl ester (19).3β,5α,9α-trihy-droxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7.22-dien-6-one (20). |
