With the advancement of science and technology, nowadays our prevention and coping strategies of sudden major natural disasters has developed to a considerable level, among those disasters the earthquake disaster can be considered as the major enemy of human life and civilization construction because of its unique power. Earthquake disaster brings enormous social losses and casualties which are too many to count, but in the disaster the scientific design of distribution network is of great significance for rescue work, it has become an important indicator to guarantee the system operate healthily and orderly. In this context, we must attach great importance to the construction of emergency logistics distribution network.This paper is based on the method of literature analysis research on the summary of previous reviews, with quantitative research and qualitative research method of combining the theme of expansion. First select the distribution network of emergency logistics under earthquake disaster as the research object, established in fuzzy demand conditions, multi-objective optimization model of multi material with material in transit time and the least number of earthquake transfer station as the goal, using Lingo software to realize the algorithm. Then the simulation calculation is carried out to verify the validity of the model and algorithm, finally put up several related suggestions about emergency logistics distribution network, such as adopting flexible delivery methods, making scientific distribution demand index system; make a reasonable set of transfer stations; using high technology and equipment to improve the degree of information etc. Then give some visible reference to relevant decision-makers to formulate emergency supplies distribution plan and distribution network.
