| Traditional real estate registration in our country is based on the registration of two-dimensional parcel, which is composed of land registration and house registration. With the development and utilization of above ground and underground space, land use rights no longer stick to the surface of ground, for the same parcel, different land use rights need to set up at the surface, ground, underground. Therefore, the registration of real estate is no longer on the two-dimensional surface defined parcels, land rights need to be converted into space rights to meet the management needs of three-dimensional cadastre. This is the inevitable requirement for ground and underground space development and utilization management.The paper aims at realizing the visualization of three-dimensional cadastre in the process of establishing three-dimensional cadastre system for the town. Focused on the establishment of three-dimensional cadastral database, the detailed study includes the following aspects:(1)According to systematically analyze established three-dimensional cadastre systems by specific examples and compare the current mainstream three-dimensional modeling techniques, built a three-dimensional model of three-dimensional cadastre for urban real estate registration of system with the use of CityEngine software.(2)By Analyzing the features of two-dimensional cadastre and three-dimensional cadaster, summarized the characteristics of three-dimensional cadaster. Based on"Real Estate Provisional Regulations", proposed uniform registration of real estate of land use as the core, and determined the "premises unity" three-dimensional model for cadastre in estate registration.(3)Design of cadastral database. Referring to the demand of real estate registration and database standard, described the framework and content of the database.(4)3D cadastre database provides three-dimensional browsing, sunshine analysis, cadastral inquiries and other functions for cadastral. |
