Research On Key Technologies Of Data Integration Of Real Estate Unified Registration

With the promulgation of the Interim Regulations on Real Estate Registration in 2014,the comprehensive integration of the existing real estate data,especially the large proportion of cadastral data and real estate data,has become an important prerequisite for the relevant departments of our country to carry out the unified registration of real estate.But at present,there are still many malpractices to be solved in the implementation process of real estate unified registration project.From the point of view of project management,because the real estate registration is generally adopted by the government,the linkage of the Department and the implementation of the professional company,the complexity of the implementation of the real estate project is increased to a certain extent;from the data level,the lack of unified data standards and standards leads to the different management departments.The data format of the real estate registration is distinct,the quality of the data is uneven and the "fragmentation"phenomenon is serious,which has brought many obstacles to the work of the real estate data integration.Focusing on these problems,the integration of real estate data is taken as the research background,and the integration of attribute data and spatial data is determined,and the following aspects are studied:1.The cadastral database and the real estate database are deeply contrasted.Based on cadastral data and real estate data,this paper makes a comparison and analysis from data system,data structure,data type and so on.Finally,the four conflict types of real estate data are summed up.Based on this,the technical route of the integration of real estate data is made.2.In the aspect of attribute data integration,this paper introduces the concept of semantic mapping by analyzing traditional data transformation methods.Through the induction of the mapping types of attribute data,the function model of attribute data mapping relation is established,and four methods of attribute data integration based on FME are realized,which provide theoretical method and technical support for the integration of real property data..3.In the aspect of spatial data integration,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the content of spatial data integration.On the basis of this,the demand analysis and functional division of the software development are carried out.Finally,the integration platform of real space data is developed based on ArcEngine,which has played a very good auxiliary role for the integration of real space and space data.4.Based on the application of the research results of this paper,a systematic integration of real estate data in a certain area is carried out.The emphasis is on Cadastral and real estate data,which provides reference for the work of real estate data integration.
