Research On The Gold-plated Chain Cell’ Welding Technology And Automation Assembly Equipment

With the fast growth of China’s per capita disposable income and consumptionupgrade, China’s jewelry industry has entered a stage of rapid development. However, thedevelopment of the China’s jewelry industry is very late due to various reasons, it is still inthe stage of handmade practiced on a cottage, and do not conform to the high standards ofother industries and automation. We need to change the current mode of production, andimprove their related processes and production efficiency. To meet the practicalrequirements of modern production, the paper carried out in-depth research aboutautomatic assembly and welding process of the gold-plated chain cell, we have proposedthe design and prototype about the gold-plated chain cell connected equipment ofautomation, which not only changes the current mode of production, and it is of greatadvantage compared with traditional forms of gold-plated chain about the consistency andproductivity of the gold-plated chain cell.In this paper, we studied the gold-plated chain cell assembly and welding processconducted on the basis of the gold-plated chain on manual processing technology, anddesigned the experimental apparatus to verify the process. We studied the molding processof automation and assembly process of the C-type buckle about the assembly of thegold-plated chain cell, and designed the experimental apparatus to verify the process. Ituses a Capacitor energy resistors Butt Welder of the experimental set, and got the weldingparameters suitable for a particular the workpiece by experiment, which improves thepurity of the gold-plated chain, and can be automated welding.On the basis of research about automated assembly and welding in-depth of thegold-plated chain cell, we designed a device about the automated assembly equipment ofthe gold-plated chain cell. Which established a three-dimensional model using SolidWorks.We carried the relevant calculations and make the prototype, which uses PLC controlcenter, and the touch screen technology visual recognition as the operating system of theCNC. Finally, we debug the equipment of the gold-plated chain cell of automation received,and improved its unreasonable part. The equipment can be automated ultimately. It wasverified the process about the automated production of gold jewelry chain by theequipment, and made part of the workpiece, which has greatly improved of the qualitycompared to manual processing.
