The hardware system module designand hardware circuit is given in detail.System needs to handle the task, the system ported Windows CE embeddedoperating system developed by Microsoft for intelligent electronic devices, and avariety of software applications designed on the basis of the embedded operatingsystem WINCE, whichnarrative data acquisition software, communications software anddata storage query software design thinking and process. At the same time, in orderto accurately understand the actual situation of the monitoring site and extension staffvisual text designed a WINCE system remote image capture and transmission softwarebased on TCP communication.The system has been actual experimental results show that the system to collecthigh accuracy, good real-time to reach the actual monitoring needs, in line with the requirements of the Statute of the national water monitoring. Consistent with dataacquisition and field-collected data, the image information in the process of acquisitionand transmission can be kept clear and no distortion; accurate data transmission; datawarehousing storage and retrieval support conditional.
