This paper determine the optimization schema of numerical control system by researching and analyzing in depth the traditional CNC system model and the structure and function of the existing CNC system in various economic type. A32-bit ARM-based embedded multi-function CNC hardware platform and software platform, combining the features of CNC machining, have been built on the basis of studying the theory and technology of Embedded. The connection of the hardware interface and the communication mode among in the high-performance ARM DSP microprocessor modules and chips are designed with the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the current mainstream processors and development schema. In the built hardware platform of CNC system, the realization of the cut and transplant based on Windows CE5.0operating system have been finished and also including the development of the drivers and system software. Putting more care on the analysis and research of the TCP/IP protocol that under the embedded environment, making using of the Socket communication sets up a relevant embedded network platform and through the INTERNET to remote control and manage the CNC system. To analysis CNC instructions and interpolation operation and tool compensation module, combined with the existing methods to design optimized solutions, and gives a specific method.Upon completion of the study of the system, find that it has the features of high performance, low-cost and highly versatile, easy to maintain and upgrade, good stability and reliability. Users can easily add specific modules and meet the machining precision requirements of economic CNC machine tools.
