The Wire Optimization Based On The Breast Shape

The main reason of the booming market of bra results in the improving of women’s appreciation of bra and concept of appreciation of the beauty.Recently,for the reason that the bra market has been constantly absorbing in the concept of fashion design and high-quality life,the design style becomes more and more fashionable, at the same time, we focus our concentration more on the comfortable and healthy of bra.The bra wire is one of the important factors deciding the bra’s comfort. In China’s underwear industry, the wire pattern usually be drawed by considerable experienced pattern makers’repeatedly revising, combined with the changeable of the bra style and the wearer’s try-on evaluation.In this kind of circumstance,the size of bra wire doesn’t have reliable data,apart from this, there is no reliable standard to measure its quality. The wearer’s repeatedly try-on does not only waste time but also hinder the bra entire production process, and influence the bra quality and production efficiency.Based on the relationship between female’s breast and bra,the paper stresses the research on female’s breast and the structure feature of bra.Combined with the garment CAD technology, it is aimed to explore a new method of wire drawing, which is reasonable, fit convenient and fast.(l)Analyze the relationship among breast, bra.Based on the large number of human breast data,analyze the breast bottom contour line whice affects the shape of the bra wire.Find feature data judge the breast bottom contour line comprehensively,based on the data classification fitting the curve. At last, nine kinds of stylish breast bottom contour lines are obtained.(2)Based on the theoretical basis of the mathematical modeling and stress analysis, the study of bra wire is changed into the problem of resolving the displacement of the three key points in the plane.Then, analyze the wire’s change before and after someone’s wearing.(3)Using UG software secondary development tools-UG GRIP to present the interactive windows of the selection of breast bottom contour line,which will be convenient for the designers to choose the style of bra wire,lead to the next stage of design smoothly and quickly.(4)Combined with UG Software curve function and the relationshiop between the wire’s force and displacement in the mathematical model, parametric drawing bra wire pattern in UG software is illustrated.(5)At last, the subjective and objective evaluation of the experimenter prove the correctness and practicality of the method,which making the design method more convinced. Based on theory analysis, combined with examples and experimental verification method, the process of bra wire transforming from2D to3D are in-deepth studied from the related basis knowledge of the bra. Finally the bra wire pattern making is finished by using UG software.The paper aims to find an optimized bra wire drawing method, and to perfect bra’s pattern drawing method,it is hoped that the method could provide a reference value to the research and development of automated production of the bra.
