Research On The Automatic Generation Of Individual Pattern Of Youth Fitted Blouse

With the rapid development of China's economy and the rise of national income level,the consumption concept of the public in the new consumption era has been subtly affected.Consumers begin to pay attention to the correlation between commodities and themselves,and pursue individuality and quality.Therefore,it has become an important difficulty for garment enterprises to shorten the period of garment development and improve the production efficiency while catering to the public's consumption psychology and responding to the market quickly.In the current information age background,intelligent manufacturing will become the inevitable trend of the future development of garment manufacturing industry,among which the automatic generation technology of personalized garment pattern has become the current research focus and future development direction.In this regard,this paper focuses on the automatic production of personalized pattern of clothing,takes the pattern of young women's fitting blouse as the research object,simulates the plate making needs of pattern makers,constructs the model of local body shape recognition of young women's body,and realizes the rapid recognition and classification of local body shape of human body.The results of local body type classification were combined with the pattern structure design to establish the rule of customized pattern plate for the fit blouse.Finally,the parameterization technology is combined to realize the automatic generation of personalized pattern,and the initial realization of intelligent human body recognition and intelligent pattern output.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Subdivision of the key local body types of young womenUsing analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to extract affect female jacket plate making local key parts of young female human body,through 3D measurement technology for female torsos local key parts of the measured data,typical indexes of key parts of human body were extracted by R-cluster,using the K-mean cluster and variance analysis of key parts of their body segment,for research of the relationship between human body and personalized example provides the basis.(2)Construction of local body type recognition model for young female bodyOn the basis of local body type classification of young female,a local body type recognition model of young female based on LSTM was constructed to train and test the experimental human body data and realize the automatic classification of human body type,so as to quickly and accurately identify the category of human body type.(3)Research on the personalized pattern of fitted women's blouse based on local body type classificationWith a basic fit blouse as an example,based on science and clothing structure design principle of apparel sculpt,the analysis of key local female body shape and blouse model structure,the relationship between using correlation analysis and regression analysis to establish all kinds of local shape model under the relevant regression equation of the structure,the young female torsos local shape discriminant result and model structure design,create fit blouse personalized pattern rules.(4)Construction of personalized pattern automatic generation systemBased on the generation of the personalized pattern rules of the fitted blouse,using HTML 5 front-end development tool,to parametric design of model mapping blouse,and build a personalized model automatic generation system,including the human body data acquisition module,the structure of human body local discriminant module,a model of parts size parameter setting module and personalized pattern automatically generated module.(5)Verify the dressing effect of tailored blouseSeveral young women were randomly selected to verify the effect of blouse and garment dressing,in accordance with this article fit blouse personalized pattern to generate the process output pattern and finished by expert on ready-to-wear clothing subjective evaluation,the result shows that experimental human dress effect indexes meet the requirements,it proved that the youth fit blouse personalized pattern automatic generation system of this paper is feasible.
