To Compare The Each Part Of Four Kinds Of Clove Essential Oil

The essential oil of the seeds, leaves and flower were extracted from the four cloves:Syringa amurensis，Syringa oblataLind，Syringa microphylla and Syringa wolfiiby using steam distillation and ultrasonic extraction, and the optimum process conditions ofextracting volatile oil of cloves was determined by the orthogonal experiment in this paper, inaddition using GC-MS analysis of chemical composition in each part of the clove essential oil.The best technology of extracting flower of cloves essential oil in Steam distillation(ultrasonic temperature auxiliary table): feed liquid ratio is1:10, particle size is30mesh, soaktime is36h, constant temperature of shaker is50℃, rotational speed70RPM, ultrasonic timeis45min (twice) extraction time is5h.Using GC-MS analysis of chemical composition in each part of the clove essential oil,compare different parts out of the same kind of clove and clove not same parts composition.The four cloves main common composition for palmitic acid, linoleic acid and linolenicacid.The study found four new volatile oil of the Syringareticulata Flower:4,6-di1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-methyl-Phenol，Nonanoic acid，3-Methyl-2-octanol，(Z)-9-Tricosene.The study found five new volatile oil of the Syringareticulata leaf:1,4,7,10,13,16-Hexaoxacyclooctadec ane, Linalool oxide trans,2-Isoamylpyrazine,(Z)-2,6-Octadien-1-ol,3,7-dimethyl, alpha.-Cadinol.The study found six new volatile oil of the S.oblata Lindl. flowers:1,4,7,10,13,16-Hexaoxacyclooctadec ane, Eucalyptus alcohol,1-(2-Pyridyl)piperazine)T-muurolol, Isophytol,1-(3-methoxyphenyl)-Ethanone,2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol.The study found five new volatile oil of the S.oblata Lindl. leaf: Salicylaldehyde hydrazone,1,3,6-Octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,(E,E)-5,9,13-Pentadecatrien-2-one,6,10,14-trimethyl, cis-decahydro, Naphthalene, beta.-Pinene.The study found six new volatile oil of the Sytingamicrophylla flowers: Benzyl Benzoate，Phenylethyl salicylate，(E,E)-2,6,10-Dodecatrien-1-ol,3,7,11-tr imethyl, Tridecanoic acid，Dodecanoic acid ethyl ester，1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl.
