Paper based on the analysis of emergency safety system at home and abroad, on the basisof relevant research results, the paper expounds the present domestic emergency actionssystem function, combining with the characteristics of mine disaster type in our country, thedomestic high yield and efficient mine geological conditions, mining methods and productionorganization, and coal mine in shaanxi coal group Ningtiaota as the research background,analysis of the current domestic high production and efficiency mine for downhole emergencysafety system.Paper from the Angle of the emergency actions system function, to explore emergencysafety system in the mine disasters risk aversion function, analyzed the domestic differentdisaster conditions and different circumstances of mine production system of emergencyactions system the role of size; Based on the coal mining technological conditions, discuss thedifferent mining technology under the condition of emergency actions should be built bysystem model; Through coal mining technical condition evaluation for Ningtiaota and incombination with the practical features of the mine, studied the existing mine emergencyactions system applicability, analysis of emergency actions system related issues, Suggestionsto improve the existing emergency safety system.
