The emergency refuge monitoring system of coal mine is an effective measure to provide life support for the miners trapped underground when the coal mine collapsed occurs, which relies on progress of science and technology. The level of its reliability is related to the life safety of miners directly. According to this, an analysis for the emergency refuge monitoring system of coal mine is required. This paper introduces 6 physical quantities to be monitored for the emergency refuge monitoring system:O2 concentration, CO2 concentration, CO concentration, temperature, humidity of the system, etc. focuses on effects to personal security in this system of the 6 physical quantities above.Then elaborates reliability history, definitions and research methods briefly, and introduces several parameters of reliability and their solution. This paper focus on analyzing the fault tree analysis method, especially dynamic fault tree analysis method. Finally makes the decision of analyzing reliability through combining dynamic logic gates with the Markov model to deduces the failure probability of the system.Design the hardware and software for the emergency refuge system, and the results prove that it works well.On the basis of above, this paper makes reliability analysis for the emergency refuge monitoring system. Firstly, analyzes the system with fault tree, and then calculate the right combination model of the system. Chooses the reliability parameters as the reliability of this system, reliabilities of each subsystem are obtained through calculation and analysis and then analyzes for latter optimization of system, lays the foundations for the increase of reliability.Making reliability analysis for each subsystem, and then improving the research, taking measures of increase the number of components to improve the reliabilities of the system, and redundancy is used to improve the reliability of the power and monitoring station in the system. Finally, a high-reliability emergency refuge monitoring system of coal mine is obtained, which lays the foundations for future research.Finally, making the life test for the power, temperature is selected as the dependent variable, and testing four groups of power under different temperatures. In this test, time censored method is used to analyzes the result. Determining the reliability index under different temperatures by determining the acceleration model.
