With the gradual perfection of the construction of the safe haven system and the relevant laws and regulations, it has also brought more questions to the validity of the safe haven system which is mainly based on the rescue system. So, this paper analyses the composition of the disaster avoidance system at the present stage in China, and the measures to avoid disaster under the corresponding disaster, and combining the gas under the coal dust explosion disaster accident statistics has been clear about the importance of safety system. At the same time, the scholars at home and abroad based on the study of gas coal dust explosion, the scope of accident damage model is established, and through this model, in the calculation of the small gas coal dust explosion the effectiveness of the underground working face emergency safety system. O n the basis of effectiveness, put forward by the scope of accident harm, the construction to avoid disaster system theory, face disaster avoidance system was optimized and the construction of a cavern system Settings.
