With the development of society, the demand for resources is increasing year after year. Meanwhile, more and more safety issues appear when mining goes deeper and deeper. As the last measure for refuge in underground mines, safety refuge system can improve the safety insurance ability. It consists of emergency refuge system, compressed-air self-help system, water rescue system, personnel regional positioning system, monitoring and supervision system and communication system.According to background information of several mines, the essay throws light upon a research on construction plan of emergency refuge system. It mainly covers refuge facility, refuge route, refuge device, refuge measure and so on. Among those, the essay detailedly discussed the choosing of refuge facility and exhausting of polluted air.Based on hydraulics, hydromechanics and pipeline network theory, the essay sets out the research on compressed-air self-help system and water rescue system. The research on water rescue system includes calculation of water demand, water pressure and design of water pipeline network. In addition, the research on compressed-air self-help system mainly consists of choosing of pipe diameter and air compressor.In terms of personnel regional positioning system, monitoring and supervision system and communication system, the essay confirmed the installment and location plan of device for all the three systems.At last, the essay set out the anti-thunder design for mining device, including anti-thunder of power system, anti-thunder of network system and anti-thunder of telephone system.
