Research On The Safety Risk Management Of Xinyao Coal Mine

As a major coal producer in the world, China has a large number of coal mines withobviously different mining conditions, and since coal mining accidents occur frequently,security status has been a severe issue with obvious safety crisis. Therefore, it is practicallysignificant for coal mine security status promotion to conduct systematic study on coalmine security risk management.Based on review of related research status at home and broad, with Xinyao Coal Mineas the research object, this paper makes comprehensive use of theories and methods of riskmanagement and systems engineering to identify, assess and classify security risk factors ofXinyao Coal Mine, and proposes corresponding precautionary measures. The majorresearch work and results are stated as below:Current security risk management status of Xinyao Coal Mine is analyzed fromperspectives of security risk management organization chart, security risk managementprocedure and danger source management, and problems in security risk management ofXinyao Coal Mine and their causes are put forward.Security risk factors of Xinyao Coal Mine are analyzed from the perspective of man,machine and environment; security risk evaluation indicator system of Xinyao Coal Mine isbuilt; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method is used to build security riskassessment model of Xinyao Coal Mine, specific application is conducted, and security riskassessment result of Xinyao Coal Mine is obtained.Prevention and risk control measures for security risk of Xinyao Coal Mine isproposed, including measures for security of personnel, machine and environment, etc.
