| Coal resources play an important role in China’s energy structure.Most of coal mine accidents are caused by irregular management,safety risks not found in time,and lack of safety awareness.The research on safety risk management of coal mines is of great significance to ensure the safety of production and promote the sustainable development of Mines.By using the method of combining mine safety risk management with production management,the potential risks and hidden dangers in DW coal mine are identified,analyzed and evaluated,and the risk early warning process and risk control system suitable for the coal mine enterprise are established.The key research work and results are as follows:1)The possible safety risks in the production process of DW coal mine are analyzed,including safety risk factors and safety risk events;The main risk pre risk analysis table of DW coal mine is established,in which risk events,risk levels and preventive measures are listed preliminarily;the safety risk factors of DW coal mine are identified and analyzed from three aspects of human,machine and environment.2)The comprehensive safety risk assessment of DW coal mine is carried out,the safety risk index system is established,the risk index is determined,and the safety risk assessment model of DW coal mine is established.The risk evaluation value of the first and second level indexes of safety risk in DW coal mine is calculated.The risk of personnel safety and machine safety in DW coal mine is low risk,and the risk of environmental safety is high risk.3)The early warning process and safety risk control system of DW coal mine are established.The early warning management and control measures are put forward from the aspects of personnel,machines and environmental risks.During the early warning management,it is suggested to formulate the risk early warning management form,record the results and take corresponding measures in time against the early warning level,and according to the DW coal mine safety risk assessment results,put forward corresponding control measures against the risk factors of “human,machine and environment”.Figure 8;Table 26;Reference 72... |
