At present,the good beneficiation index has been achieved by anionic reverseflotation technology for the Anshan hematite, but the flowsheet structure of flotationprocess is long,the grade of the tailing is still high and the fine valuable mineral lossseriously. So in the thesis the countercurrent bubble contact flotation column and thepacked flotation column were applied in the reverse flotation about hematite ore.Theconditional tests of flotation column operating parameters and the pharmaceutical systemand flotation process structure test were done.Firstly, by optimizing the test conditions to determine the operating conditions andreagent system of countercurrent contact microbubble flotation column sorting finegrained hematite or poor. The results showed that42.15%of the flotation grade orethrough a rougher flotation column can obtain concentrate grade of65.82%,62.79%recovery of good sorting index, but higher grade tailings, amounting to26.23%. In orderto reduce tailings grade, we turn filling countercurrent contact microbubble flotationcolumn for reverse flotation of hematite, which adds the filling medium in the flotationcolumn. First, a suitable medium for the inclined hole filling grille plate is ensured byoptimizing the filling medium screening, then through experimental study we determinethe optimum operating conditions and reagent system of filling microbubble flotationcolumn countercurrent contact. The results showed that42.15%grade ore flotation willget62.21%grade of the concentrate after a rough selecting, and tailings grade dropped to18.31%.Based on these tests, we combine the advantages of microbubble flotation columncountercurrent contacting high concentrate grade and filling type microbubble flotationcolumn countercurrent contact low-grade tailings, and we conduct an experiment of poormicro-fine hematite anionic reverse flotation the whole column flotation to determine aflotation process including one rough, one fine and one sweeping selecting. Grade of42.15%of the ore flotation will get ideal flotation index including67.05%of concentrategrade,72.78%of recovery and11.25%of tailings grade after one rough, one fine andone sweeping selecting, which improved separation efficiency.Results of the analysis gives a simple analysis of the linear relationship between the column flotation concentrate grade and recovery, establishes recovery mathematicalmodel,makes an analysis of flotation column, and the final column flotation and flotationtailings. And it also evaluates the separation efficiency of formula column flotation andflotation micro-fine hematite poor according to the comprehensive efficiency formula ofthe second category, which draws a conclusion that countercurrent contact microbubbleflotation column and filling micro-bubbles floating countercurrent contact selectedcolumns on the micro-fine hematite flotation machine with respect to sorting has obviousadvantages. The results can provide a reference for the application of flotation column inthe hematite flotation process.
