Research On The Safety Prevention And Control Of Outdoor High-risk Tourism Activities In Our Country

With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s livingstandards and the rich of people’s lifestyle, outdoor high-risk tourism more and moreget the favour of people. Outdoor high-risk tourism is famous for high risk, strongstimulating, challenging, many unsafe factors that are from outdoor high-risk tourismproject, tourists, organizer are not evade, these lead to frequent occurrence of safetyaccidents. Therefore, research on the present situation and the accident factor ofoutdoor high-risk tourism, and build security prevention and control system ofoutdoor high-risk tourism in our country, it has a positive meaning to the theoreticalcircle and the industry. This research uses the literature material method, fieldobservation method, case method and other research methods, to systematically studyof outdoor high-risk tourism. Research mainly divided into three phases: the basictheory research, the accident factor analysis and the prevention and control systemconstruction.1. On the basis of theoretical research stage, this research analyzes the realisticbackground and historical literature, defines the concept of outdoor high-risk tourismactivities, clears the scope of the study, and summarizes the characteristics and typesof the outdoor high-risk tourism activities.2. On the accident factor analysis stage, from time and space distribution, type,injury condition, etc, this research elaborates the features of outdoor high risk tourismsafety accidents in our country, and from the tourists, operators, government,environment, and other aspects, emphatically analyzes the accident factor andconcrete manifestation. The analysis found, it can build the safety prevention andcontrol of outdoor high-risk tourism in our country from the main body(government,operators, tourists).3. On the prevention and control system construction stage, this research based onthe main level (government,operators, tourists), from the legal regulation, regulatorywarning, training, examination, self prevention, rescue treatment, insurance, risk control and other aspects, to build security prevention and control system of ourcountry’s outdoor high-risk tourism activities.
