| Hot strip cooling technology has the advantages of improving the structure and mechanical properties of the products,enhancing the dispersion degree of the organization,obtaining the complex phase structure,refining the grain and reducing the production cost.Laminar cooling control system is an important part of a computer system to control hot strip mill,this paper from the project reality,the Ansteel Anling Iron&Steel Co.Ltd.1700 strip rolling production line as the background,combined with existing technology and experience,the design and implementation for field demand of laminar cooling control system.Firstly,the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the control temperature model temperature through learning and research,to establish a good foundation for the laminar cooling temperature control is realized.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the laminar cooling control system design,laminar cooling system is controlled by the preset calculation and feed forward correction calculation based,supplemented by feedback control process.Describes the laminar cooling system functions and system configuration,establishes the timing of the execution system and the calculation process,calculated by analyzing the characteristics of the strip cooling temperature forecasts,a detailed description of the calculation and implementation of CTC set of control strategies.Improve the precision of coiling temperature control is the key factor to ensure the quality of strip and plate shape of,through the field measurement of a set of different kinds of steel,different specifications of CT temperature curve,field application results show that the laminar cooling system has a high control accuracy,to meet the coiling temperature on different steel specification of temperature accuracy requirements. |
