Qinhuangdao Port is the largest energy output port, which quantity of shipments ismore than200million tons per year. Belt as a equipment of port transportation, has apivotal role. This article aims to study factors of the curing process, to establish a model ofevaluation on vulcanization process, research and design related testing equipment, so asto make the curing process more efficient.Firstly, research the principle of sulphide, revealing the complex physical andchemical reaction in the curing process; secondly, research the vulcanizing machine beingused, collect material about the sulfuration monitoring parameters, formula and process ofvulcanizing machine, especially the first-hand data of vulcanization joint;and then,digitalsimulation analysis the data in the MATLAB platform to establish the vulcanizationprocess accurate evaluation model; Find out the key parameters in vulcanization processbased on the evaluation model of the vulcanization process, developing the monitoring ofkey parameters of a device, and complete the experimental verification.Integrated a variety of control methods,putting forward a kind of monitoringprogramme of temperature, pressure and time based on STM32MCU. Using STM32as amicro controller, select the corresponding temperature and pressure sensor and send thereal-time collection of temperature and pressure data to240*320LCD screen display, thenthe operator can timely understand the three parameters of the measured data, and qualityof belt joint.The most important thing is to design a monitoring and evaluation related instrument,which is required for field use, convenient and effective. Monitoring device for recordingparameters can give vulcanization evaluation results and transmitted to the computeradaptively. Ultimately achieving the effect of prolonging the life time of the equipmentsand saving energy and reducing consumption of belt conveyor.
