Mechanical and electric equipment management in coal mine enterprise’s production andmanagement is playing an increasingly important role. Device management is based on theenterprise’s production and management objectives, make use of technical, economic andorganizational measures for equipment planning, procurement, installation, operation,maintenance, and repair until the end of throughout the life cycle.How to strengthenequipment management, maximize equipment combine efficiency, has become a key issue ofcoal mine enterprise.With the development of computer technology, application of GIS technology in coalmine electromechanical equipment management is a modern coal mine management directionand requirements. Application of GIS for coal mine electromechanical equipment managementinformation technology platform, realize the integration of graphics and property management,and sharing devices resource, device files, maintenance records, and realize dynamic, visual,intelligent management equipment information, increase equipment utilization.Using a database management system combined with VRMine software method toestablish2D and3D integration management system of coal mine mechanical and electricalequipment to achieve the basic information management, mechanical and electrical equipmentgraph management and network analysis.System on equipment management fromprocurement, using, rentals, returned, and damaged until scrap for full track management,achieved sharing of electromechanical equipment information;unified coding equipment andproduced2D and3D symbol,used the technology of grouping objects, achieved visualize ofmanagement of electromechanical equipment;System can add and delete equipmentmodel,query and positioning related equipment, and can rely on network analysis, displayedout equipment repair and the scheduling shortest path,for coal mine electromechanicalequipment management and ancillary relief decision provides a visualization platform.At thesame time, based on secondary development of VRMine, support for DXF format file input and output, and enormous make use of coal mine original graphical information.
