The Validity Research Of Jinjiang Environment Automatic Monitoring System In Conflict Management

With the rapid development of economic society, the effect of human on theenvironment is growing. Because of the expanding population, the urbanization andindustrialization which is speeding up, the human’s ability of developing ecologicalresources has greatly improved in the scale, the degree and the impact of humanactivities on the ecological environment is out of its bearing capacity.Firstly, this article discusses the relevant concepts of the environmental conflictmanagement and the environment automatic monitoring, then summarizes thedomestic and foreign research on the environmental conflict management and theenvironment automatic monitoring. On the basis of others’ research results, this articleboldly puts forward to a hypothesis which is the environment automatic monitoringsystem has an important influence on the environmental conflict management. Inorder to prove this hypothesis, this article collected the empirical data of conflictmanagement of Jinjiang city which is provided by the environmental protectiondepartment, thus can prove environment automatic monitoring system really doeshave an impact on the environment conflict management.The environmental protection department of Jinjiang city has buildedenvironment automatic monitoring center and invested2million yuan in2007. So thisresearch compared the data of the conflict management which is before2007with thedate which is after2007, thus can explain whether the environment automaticmonitoring system plays an important role in the environment conflict management.First of all, the collected data should divide into two parts, the first part of the conflictmanagement data is from2005to2006; the second part is from2007to2011.Secondly, we can prove the hypothesis of this study by comparing the two parts data.At last, we can conclude that the environmental automatic monitoring system reallydoes play an important role in the environment conflict management and gives somesuggestions.
