In recent years, the situation of safety in production of coal mine industry has been improved, but the situation is still grim. Coal mine accidents seriously threaten the safety and health in coal mine general management, also bring great property loss and bad social influence. The inherent safety of coal enterprises is an important measure to prevent coal mine accidents, therefore, research on the nature of coal mine safety has become a pressing matter of the moment of coal mine safety work in China, and the system, which is reasonable, accurate to carry out coal mine safety evaluation, has been an important basic work in the construction of intrinsically safety of coal mine. This paper based on the analysis of intrinsic safety for coal mine enterprises, constructs the evaluation index system of safety in coal mines, and the application of evaluation model to carry on the demonstration research.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign situation of the construction of intrinsic safety coal mine, safety evaluation theory, the theory of accident causation, the man-machine-environment–management system of intrinsic safety theory, further discussed the main characteristics of intrinsically safe type mine, put forward the construction of the evaluation index system of intrinsic safety from four aspects, which are safety for coal mine, coal mine machinery and equipment safety, working environment of underground coal mine safety and mine safety management, construction of coal mine safety evaluation index system, including coal mine intrinsic safe level indicators, man, machine, environment, management and4indexes of level2,and11indicators of level3,75indexes of level4. Coal mine is a complex manufacturing system. Gas, coal dust, flood, fire and roof of coal mine are the five major natural disasters in the form, and the mechanism of these accidents are different, but the factors which affect accident are different, all kinds of disasters will probably happen suddenly.The establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of intrinsic safety coal mining method of AHP and fuzzy mathematics, which combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis, are the comprehensive evaluation index system and specific mine actual unifies, evaluation of derived results with fuzzy mathematics, more objective, practical. According to the evaluation results, the man, machine, environment, management measures on four aspects, further strengthen mine intrinsically safe construction, which make personnel without error, equipment without failure, environmental without risk, management without error, finally realize the coal mine safety production target.Finally, based on the evaluation index of safety analysis and hierarchical structure model,we build up the information system of coal mine safety management, which has been implemented in the safety management system of coal mine safety management. This system will eliminate all kinds of dangerous and harmful factors, and make a contribution to inherent safety of coal enterprises...
