Clothing in people’s lives is not only plays a role in warm, but also reflects the consumer’s personal taste. A high-end textile products not only have good thermal-moisture comfort, but also meet consumer’s new requirements of trend, health and gentrification. Jade fiber production works by some special process in the polyester polymer solution mixed Ruyanami grade jade powder, made by the spinning process. Textiles made of the fiber have good heat conductivity wet performance to meet the demand for cool fabric in hot summer environment. Therefore, applying cool jade fiber into the development of cool shirt has a very important significance and promising market.This article first theoretically analyze thermal performance of fabric, explain the thermal conduct principles and conventional test method of thermal conduct, discuss the influence factors of fabric thermal performance. Studies suggest that when fabric worn on the body, it’s similar to a large plate thermal conductivity between the fabric surface and the skin surface, heat conduction properties can be described with Fourier’s law. Then use electron microscopy experiments to analyze horizontal and vertical section of the fiber by physical and mechanical methods of DSC differential thermal analysis, dry and wet tensile strength, moisture regain. Finally considering the physical and mechanical properties of jade fibers, using fiber yarn woven silk and jade, trial proportion the A series of five kinds of interleaving and B series of five different weaves. Then analyze the basic parameters and clothing performance of the fabric.To analyze thermal conductivity of the sample fabric, the paper from three aspects of the heat conduction, heat radiation and heat convection, respectively using fabric feeling tester to measure heat contact rate, using heating device to analysis heat radiation performance, using wet and heat resistance to compare the fabric moisture permeability. Experimental studies show that jade fiber and silk woven fabric has good heat and moisture comfort. Jade fibers have high thermal conductivity, with the increase of jade fiber composition in the fabric, the thermal conductivity of the fabric also increases. heating rate of high Jade fiber composition is lower than the silk fabric in the same light conditions. Jade fabric has lower thermal resistance and lower water vapor permeability compared to silk fabric.To ensure jade fiber has good wearability, test breathable performance, crease recovery properties, drape, anti-pilling, tensile performance of A and B series, then analyze test results. Studies show that jade fiber and silk interwoven fabric has good wearability, with jade fiber composition ratio changes, the performance of the fabric has significant changes. When the fabric interwoven weft ratio is1:1, the fabric performance of drape, crease recovery properties, flexural rigidity achieve the best, the sample fabric wearability is also improved with increase of jade fiber contents.Finally, this paper based on the current development trend of textile and apparel fabrics, do predict shirting fabrics for taking product development scenarios that China’s shirt industry ushered in a good development opportunities. Through the choice of materials and colors, with raw silk as warp,with1:1weft ratio of jade and silk for shirt product design and development, a set of cool and good hot wet performance shirt fabric are designed.
