To reduce the effects of extreme climate of farmers, so as to realize sustainable land management, can take the following measures:to provide meteorological early warning and electronic information screens, forecast the arrival of the extreme weather, let the farmers can be prepared in advance; Build infrastructure, such as flood control dam canal, can resist the flood erosion of crops; Set of pool, solve the problem of water shortage drought crops; Pool, to reduce the cut down the trees; Silo for livestock to provide enough food, etc.; Provide anti-season vegetables planting technology, the extreme climate caused economic losses can be offset, farmers don’t have to work from which doesn’t make the abandoned land, achieve the goal of sustainable land management.To sum up, through the investment of various aspects such as infrastructure, etc, to a certain extent, it could improve the farmers for the land management mode, so as to achieve the goal of sustainable land management, and to further improve the ecological environment.
