Analysis Of The Vulnerability And Sustainable Development Model Of Man-land System In County Cities

At present,vulnerability analysis provides a new approach to the study of sustainable development.In China,more than the city accounted for 90% of national area,and most of the county city underdeveloped and resources facing serious environmental problems,has the typical characteristics of the vulnerability,its sustainable development is facing serious challenges.Xintai is a typical resource-based county city,the interaction between man and land is strong,and has a typical vulnerability,which directly restricts the sustainable development of the whole city.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study of the vulnerability and sustainable development of the human land system in Xintai.Starting from the county urban vulnerability and the research background and research significance of sustainable development,in the thorough analysis Xintai city vulnerability characteristics,reveal Xintai city sustainable development problems in one system,system vulnerability to Xintai city people,on the basis of qualitative analysis based on vulnerability evaluation index system is constructed,vulnerability function model is established,using the state space method to calculate vulnerability degree of man land system.Finally analyze the Xintai city people to the mechanism of action of system vulnerability,puts forward the Xintai city people to choose from the system of sustainable development model of optimization.In this paper,the main research conclusions are the following:The study found Xintai city people economic system evolution system vulnerability and vulnerability of almost the same change trend,the evolution of its vulnerability is influenced by economy.From 1995 to2014,Xintai city people system vulnerability whole is on the decline,but nearly five years increased vulnerability degree and higher potential vulnerability.Reason mainly is a social system in recent years,the employment and the gap between urban and rural areas,the influence of such factors as vulnerability degree increased.The lateral comparison results of Xintai city,Yanzhou,Tengzhou,Zoucheng city show that the four type coal county city land system vulnerability index.The geographical position is similar,with three similar stage of development history.Including Zoucheng to minimum system vulnerability index,the highest Xintai city,it has to do with the current social problems,such as Xintai city employment,urban and rural gap has not been properly solved.In addition,the four cities of social subsystem vulnerability index are higher than economic and ecological subsystem.In this paper,the mechanism of the vulnerability of human land system in Xintai is analyzed.Natural environment system vulnerability are largely driven by the inherent fragility and oil resources mining and processing the influence of such factors.Vulnerability of the social system are mainly affected by the employment and social security system,urban spatial structure,the influence of the development level of urban and rural areas as a whole,etc.Economic system vulnerability factors can be summarized as the oil industry and oil life cycle of the city,economic structure and national macro policy and system and so on.Finally to quantitative evaluation of Xintai city sustainable development,sustainable development index is 0.7804,the sustainable development level is general,it puts forward the model of industrial upgrading and circular economy for optimization.To sum up,this article mainly has the following innovation points: first,on the scale,has chosen the county a smaller scale,the research on vulnerability and sustainable development mode is a kind of innovation of research,is a new Angle of view,is also looking for a new way for the sustainable development of county city.Second,on the research methods,combining vulnerability and sustainable development mode,and the sustainable development theory into the county this scale,to explore the countermeasures of county urban vulnerability,provide a feasible model of sustainable development.
