Detection and measurement problems that exist for wrapped in cotton bales in foreignfibers, the paper lint opener device and lint foreign fiber detection device to focus the researchobject, using mechanical, optical, electrical, pneumatic conveying technology, machine visiontechnology studied based on foreign fiber detection system airflow measurementtransmission; this system consists of cotton conveyor system opener systems, detectionmetering system, aggregates and electrical systems, such as five parts. Follows:(1) Design and Implementation of cotton conveying system. Straight fiber wrapped inpacking lint in the lint into the main opener before the system needs to be pre-opener andtransmission. The system includes a feed chute, cotton transport mechanism, power andcontrol devices3parts. The test can well realize that part of the pre-opening of lint cottonloose and transport functions.(2) Design and implementation of the system of loose lint open. For the packagewrapped in cotton fiber heterosexual accurate detection and measurement, need to be fullyopen for packing loose lint, lint opener therefore designed a system that includes the openershell casing under the opener, open part4loose roller, power and control devices.
