In recent years, food poisoning incidents and water pollution continue to occur in ourcountry, on one hand, the economy caused a great loss, on the other hand,also caused greatdamage to the environment, people’s health is threatened, resulting in social instability.Pollution of water resources as an important issue is getting more and more attention of thepublic and the state, therefore, the security situation and timely detection of the surroundingenvironment becomes more and more urgent, also is very important.Economic development led to the development of modern industry, however, industrialdevelopment is inseparable from the large-scale use of chemical substances, the use ofchemical substances and the survival of the people is bound to damage the ecologicalenvironment. Quality and timely detection of ambient pollution problem is to find solutionsessential part, as the only way to reduce the unnecessary economic losses and ensure thesafety of people’s lives and reduce the social impact.The portable instrument designed chemiluminescent compound is used to detect toxicsubstances, in order to determine the degree of contamination of the compound. The methodis now commonly used in toxicity analyzer uses the majority of bacterial luminescence andchemiluminescence, luminescence bacteria in the environment temperature is relatively high,it is easily affected by the external environment, but also with toxic concentrations measuredby this method will may change because of the use of different bacterial species.Chemiluminescence demands of the external environment is relatively low, easy to useoutdoors, and the measurement accuracy is relatively high, stable measurement data, so moreand more people like it.The chemiluminescence analyzer can detect toxic compounds in the water, on a varietyof toxic water to provide reliable early warning. Particularly suitable for the detection ofsudden drinking water and water pollution incident, and can quickly and accurately assesstoxicity, given the scientific, reliable results, provide water for water with different purposes,provide data for environmental research, improve production effectiveness of the workprocess and purification equipment.The design of the chemiluminescence conclude photoelectric conversion module, A/D conversion module, pulse counting on CPLD module and single-chip computer. The moduleof photovoltaic adopted in the design of the instrument of photomultiplier to realize thephotoelectric’s conversion. The design of A/D conversion module implements the conversionof the modulus. The pulse counting on CPLD module’s design has reached the acquisition ofpulse number. Single-chip microcomputer as the design of microprocessor control module, asthe core of control, it controls the read and write of the EEPROM, keyboard, LCD,temperature sensors and real-time clock.In this paper, it gives a detail introduction of the more critical part of this designation,including the part of the designation’s device’s type selection, hardware’s designation andsoftware’s designation, etc.
