Mechanism And Efficiency Evaluation Of Conflict Management Mode On Miner's Unsafe Behavior

In recent years,although the number of accidents in coal mines in China has been declining,the coal economy is still in a downward phase.Coal mines have difficulties in the safety investing.And the status of coal mine safety production is not optimistic.In coal mining companies,miner's unsafe behavior is an important cause of safety accidents,and the conflict management mode can ultimately affect miner's external behavior performance through influencing their internal factors,such as psychology,emotion,satisfaction,etc.In order to clarify the mechanism of conflict management mode on miner's unsafe behavior,a total of 150 male miners from three coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The structural equation model was used to construct the theoretical model of the mechanism of conflict management mode on miner's unsafe behavior,and through data envelopment analysis to verify the effectiveness of the transformation of conflict management inputs into the output of miners' safety behaviors.From the perspective of conflict management,a scientific system of conflict management strategies were proposed,and the corresponding safety performance improvement suggestions were put forward for coal mining companies.Conflict management module was introduced into miner's safety management theory and application to ensure the safety behavior of miners and the safety production of coal mining enterprises.The specific research content is as follows: Firstly,based on the conflict management theory and the research results,develop scales for miners' conflict and conflict management modes,and based on miners' conflict management,develop the insecurity psychology measurement scale and unsafe behavior measurement scale;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey to collect miners' conflict management data,unsafe mental and behavioral data,and using SPSS22.0 software to analyze these data;Thirdly,construct the hypothesis model of the mechanism of conflict management mode on miners' unsafe behavior,use the structural equation model to test the hypothesis model,and establish the theoretical model;Fourth,using data envelopment analysis to construct an efficiency evaluation model to verify the conversion effectiveness of the conflict management to miners' safety behavior,and prove the rationality of the theoretical model;Finally,according to the theoretical research and practical test results,proposing a system of conflict management strategies and coal mine safety performance improvement suggestions for coal companies.The results of the study show that conflict management has a significant effect on miners' unsafe behaviors.Different conflict management modes have different correlations with miners' insecurity psychology and unsafe behaviors.Miners' insecurity psychology has a significant positive relationship with their unsafe behaviors;miners' insecurity psychology is the intermediary variable between conflict management modes and miner's unsafe behavior;interpersonal intimacy acts partly as a regulating role between the three conflict management modes and insecurity psychology.In mines' conflict management investment,the construction of the communication channels among mines is the best.Other five aspects such as mines' personal psychological anticipation status,individual psychological recognition,team collaboration,corporate organization fairness,and organizational culture identity are still need to be improved and optimized.Therefore,conflict is an important factor that triggers mines' unsafe behaviors,and effective conflict management input can be transformed into miners' safety behavior output.Both managers and miners of coal mining enterprise should pay enough attention to the application of conflict management in coal mine safety management.
