Study On Evaluation System Of National Ecological Civilization Education Base

Since the continuous upgrading of the ecological civilization construction in the building of socialist China characteristics, improving people’s awareness of ecological civilization becomes increasingly difficult. Creating a national ecological civilization education base is the effective way to promote the construction of ecological civilization, strengthen the public education of ecological civilization, and an important carrier for public to participate in the protection of the environment, enhancing the awareness of ecological civilization. Therefore, the specification of standardizing national ecological civilization education base is of great significance to construct the strict, reasonable ecological civilization education evaluation system.This paper aims to construct the evaluation system of national ecological civilization education base by building a scientific evaluation system program through elaborating some of the basic concept of the national ecological civilization education base, combining with the existing national ecological civilization education base management, consulting the domestic and foreign research results of environmental education base construction and evaluation system.The evaluation system of national ecological civilization education base should solve several problems, including the reason to evaluate, the function of evaluation, who evaluate, who be evaluated, the methods of evaluation, the security of evaluation and so on. Therefore, the foundational elements of national ecological civilization education base evaluation system should include its purpose, function, subject, object, the principles of the evaluation index system, the evaluation index system, evaluation methods and measures. These elements would be detailed discussed within the third, fouth and fifth chapter.This paper mainly through literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method, case method of test for national ecological civilization education evaluation system, has studied, established the quantitative evaluation index system, which is the innovation of this study. This evaluation index system is not only helpful to selection of national ecological civilization education base, also provide policy basis and scientific guidance for the construction of national ecological civilization education base.
