Investigation Of Ecological Civilization At That Perspective Of Geographical View:Theoretical Analysis And Case Study

In order to solve the ecological crisis and alleviate the further intensification of the contradiction between man and land,the development of ecological civilization came into being.This paper tries to study the evaluation of the development of ecological civilization from the perspective of geography.The logical line is the human cognitive change-the evolution of human relations-the succession of civilization development;the organizational structure of the research content is:the background and significance-theoretical cognition--Theoretical Study-Case Analysis-regulation and optimization Theory and prospect.The author excavated the theoretical connotation of ecological civilization,tried to construct the theoretical framework of ecological civilization development evaluation,combined the theoretical analysis with the practice summary,and took the evaluation of the ecological civilization development of the Erhai basin as the case,and discussed the restriction of the development of ecological civilization through the quantitative analysis and the index system evaluation.The factors will provide references for further development of ecological civilization in future.The full text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Through the study of existing literature,it is pointed out that the perspective of geographical research provides a new perspective for the evaluation of the development of ecological civilization.The second chapter is the cognitive study of the theory of ecological civilization development.Human cognition of the environment is the basis of the theory of civilization succession.The change of cognition leads to the change of man land relationship,and then promotes the succession of civilization.The connotation of ecological civilization is adapted to the relationship between human and land,and the"source control" of human and earth action and the "end control" of earth and human influence constitute the practical path of the development of ecological civilization.The third chapter is the evaluation of the development of ecological civilization.The key to harmonization of human relations is to adjust human activities.The factors that affect the development of ecological civilization include the location,mode,content and foundation of human activities.The evaluation index system of ecological civilization development is composed of 24 indexes,namely,spatial structure dimension,technical structure dimension,department structure dimension and resource and environment dimension.The fourth chapter is an empirical case analysis of the development of ecological civilization in the Erhai River Basin.In the past 2006-2015 years and ten years,the score of the ecological civilization development level coupling in the Erhai River Basin has been continuously improved,and the dimensions of each other are coordinated,which makes the system stable and significant forward and harmonized,in which the spatial structure adjusts the basic path of the future ecological civilization development in the Erhai basin.The fifth chapter is about the policy optimization of further construction of ecological civilization in Erhai basin.According to the four dimensions of the evaluation system,the spatial structure dimension should strengthen the regional space control and optimize the strategic pattern,which is the optimization of the basic path;the sector structure dimension guides the ecological development between the various sectors,and the key path is to implement clean production and build a circular Park in the dimension of the technical structure.Environmental optimization should be carried out to enhance the efficiency of resource utilization and increase environmental protection,so as to provide reference for future development of ecological civilization.Finally,the author tries to make some breakthroughs in the following three aspects:(1)to re examine and explore the essential connotation of ecological civilization evaluation by coordinating the relationship between people and land,and secondly to carry out the four factors of "spatial structure-structure-technology structure-resource environment" and "location-content-mode-base" of human activities.In order to realize the practice of evaluating the geographical thinking in the development of ecological civilization,through the evaluation of the development level of ecological civilization in the Erhai basin,the practical demonstration of the application and identification of the key constraints for the evaluation system of ecological civilization development under the perspective of geography is carried out.
