China is the second largest greenhouse gas emitter in the world, dominated by coal energy consumption structure of China are likely to surpass the United States after2020, greenhouse gas emissions for the first big country in the world. Copenhagen in2009, the Chinese government promised lower carbon emissions40%to45%per unit of GDP than in2005before2020, and as a long-term planning constraints index into the national economic and social development. This article in ethnic minority areas in China as the research object of yanbian, collected between1997and2012main energy consumption data, yanbian industrial divisions (in this article refers to the raw coal, XiJingMei, coke, crude oil, gasoline, diesel oil and so on six kinds of main energy consumption), using the IPCC (2006), the general method of selection industry of yanbian35carbon dioxide emissions were calculated, the results showed that in the top eight carbon emitters, have seven industry belongs to the heavy industry, the eight industry carbon emissions in2012accounted for95.5%of yanbian industrial carbon emissions. And of yanbian industrial divisions according to the discretion of the emissions of high, medium and low emission set grouping study. Then, based on LMDI model, the yanbian industrial divisions between groups of carbon dioxide emissions into the economic scale, energy intensity, energy structure, industry structure, from four angles were analyzed, and the later, according to the conclusion this article put forward the corresponding Suggestions to promote the yanbian industrial development of low carbon economy.Found in this study are:first, the-economic scale of industry is to increase the carbon emissions in the most important factors, especially the high emissions group of industrial clusters.1998-2012years,35industrial sub-sectors due to the economic expansion of the scale of the cumulative increase in carbon emissions22,918,726.44tons. Second, energy intensity is a key reason, heavy industry to reduce the carbon emissions in1998-2012,35industrial divisions energy intensity change to reduce carbon emissions of14802856.61tons. Third, the energy structure have less effect on the carbon emissions, the only industry to reduce carbon emissions is a chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, from1998to2012,35divisions change of energy structure, reduce carbon emissions of66018.69tons. Fourth, industry structure impact on carbon emissions of each industry is different, on the whole smaller influence on industrial emissions. Fifth, in the industry of carbon in the top eight, seven industry is heavy industry. In2012, the eight industries account for95.5%of the industry total emissions of carbon emissions.
