Mining electric locomotive is a major transportation in the performance of coal mine working,it is related to the coal mine production efficiency and economic benefits.Traditional mining electric locomotive adopts DC motor as drive motor,but it has a lot of shortcomings,such as serious energy consumption,slow start,the instability of speed regulation,pose a safety hazard and so on,In order to raise the performance of the slow starting and not smooth speed regulation of electric locomotive and improve the serious problem of energy consumption,this paper is based on the mine battery electric locomotive motor driven asynchronous motor as the object.In this paper,on the basis of the working characteristics of the mine electric locomotive,the model of the asynchronous motor is introduced in detail,and analyzes the characteristics of the stator flux and electromagnetic torque,it lays a theoretical foundation for the direct torque control strategy,in DTC control strategy using 12 sector segment of voltage space vector selection table is applied to ac speed regulating system of mine battery electric locomotive,this basically is twelve sector of space voltage vector selection table better control performance than six sectors.This paper also introduces in detail the four quadrant motion characteristics of electric locomotive motor driver,analyzes the operation characteristics of electric locomotive electric status and power status,and also analyzed the energy regeneration principle of electric locomotive motor driver and regeneration conditions,it lays the foundation for the research and design of the energy feedback device.Applied in the research of energy feedback system of the super capacitor as the energy storage device,at the same time using constant current closed-loop control strategy control bi-directional DC/DC converter to control the energy feedback system,improve the speed regulating performance and life performance of electric locomotive.Through the theoretical study,this paper builds the mine electric locomotive battery induction motor direct torque control system and energy feedback control system of the MATLAB simulation model of the direct torque control strategy,energy feedback control system accuracy and bi-directional DC/DC converter constant current control strategy is verified.Finally,this paper USES TI company specialized in motor control digital signal control chip TMS320F2812 DSP as the core processor control system,and intelligent power module IPM is adopted to improve the software and hardware design of the control system of electric locomotive,to drive electric locomotive motor DTC control system and energy feedback system for experimental verification.
