In order to study the distribution and migration behavior of dissolved organicmatter in the city, this study Shenyang North River as the research object, XAD-7and XAD-4resin water samples and ice kind of DOM components were divided intofive research, combined with the UV-visible spectrophotometer and fluorometer werecharacterized for each component.Experimental results show that unfractionated samples, water samples above theice like DOC, UV254value of its correlation with the DOC is not significant. In theclassification of the two-phase components of ice, HPO-A and TPI-A is the maincomponent of the DOM, and the organic macromolecular HPO-A major componentin the aqueous phase, but the more hydrophilic components HPI frozen to the icephase. The UV spectrum analysis showed that, compared with the remaining fourhierarchical component carbonyl HPO-A component, hydroxy, carboxy and estersdegree of substitution on the aromatic ring containing up to and more unsaturated C=C double bonds, and a higher aromaticity, and the aqueous phase is present in more;neutral components of the two ring substituents in the aromatic main chain, aliphatic, and easier to migrate with the water to ice phase. Figure3DEEM the classificationcomponent of the fluorescent substance in the aqueous phase proteins reflects thearomatic substances I mainly neutral substance; aromatic mainly proteinaceousmaterial II and a transition in a hydrophobic organic hydrophobic organics; fulvicmainly two kinds of fluorescent substances in a hydrophilic organic acid and organicmatter; soluble microbial products mainly fluorescent substance in the hydrophobicorganic acid; fluorescent substance mainly humic HPO-N in addition to thecomponents, other components, and its structure is more susceptible to temperaturechanges. HPO-A, TPI-A and the fluorescence intensity of the three components of theHPI fulvic highest fluorescent substance. For two neutral components HPO-N andTPI-N, the fluorescence intensity of aroma substances II protein strongest. For the icephase fluorescent substances, which appeared on behalf of the marine atlas humus Mpeaks. Fluorescent humic and fulvic peak fluorescence peaks mainly exist in two organic acids; while aromatic protein substances II was widely present in eachfraction. And each graded component of fulvic acid fluorescence intensity of thefluorescence intensity and aromatic substances II of protein or less, while thefluorescence intensity of humic substances is relatively small. The three componentsof the aqueous phase HPO-A and relevance of HPI, HPO-A and TPI-A fluorescenceintensity of fulvic and humic ice phase fluorescence intensity are poor, while theaqueous phase TPI-class a is rich in humic acid fluorescence intensity andfluorescence intensity of a significant correlation. Ice-water two-phase synchronousspectral components of each grading also reflects its protein-containing fluorescentprotein substances and humic substances, but failed and found these two substancesamong grade components and two phases in the ice distribution of the law.
