When the oil explored to a certain extent, the moisture content of oil is rising and the oil production is diminishing. So, in the late of reservoir developed, it is necessary to take the appropriate measures to the oil for increasing oil production. There will be some abnormal well appeared in the mining process. It is base that construction program designed according to abnormal reason for guarantee oil production stable. Due to the factors and indicators in Abnormal Well Construction Plan are complicated and restrained, it makes accuracy of abnormal positioning lower and difficulty of abnormal positioning higher. It also makes the feasibility of construction program generated lower.In order to solve the problem, this paper presents a method of Construction Program Automatically Generated of Development Performance Abnormal Well. In the data preprocessing stage, the basic information related to the construction program is extracted and packaging for providing data services to abnormal positioned and construction program generated. This paper established a model of The Construction Program Automatically Generated of Abnormal Well which contained solving process of certain and uncertain of knowledge. The qualitative and quantitative analysis is combined by the model.In the terms of certainty of knowledge, the model is an expert system as the guiding ideology. The model is reflected accurately whether abnormal of the state of oil production and handles the abnormal. In this paper, word-fact-rule, the three-tier architecture knowledge has been proposed. The production is used for expressing rules which is combined forward reasoning to solve. It is convenient to knowledge for expanding and reusing and improves the accuracy of reasoning.In the terms of uncertainty of knowledge, the model is used fuzzy mathematics as theoretical basis. Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used for comprehensive evaluation to trend-like knowledge and hedges knowledge which is provided by experts. The contribution of each factor and its impact on generating the final construction plan is considered comprehensively. And it makes the construction plan which is generated to the oil layer. The feasibility and reliability of it has been fully guaranteed.Finally, the method used in application software of an oil production plant is introduced briefly by this paper. The method has been demonstrated its rationality and feasibility through a lot of real data and actual construction design. And the application software basically completed the need of production to protect the stability of the oil-producing oilfields.
