Research Of Automotive Stamping Parts Expert System For Meterial Selection

With Chinese automobile industry especially in the development of the passenger car industry, automotive stamping parts increasingly complex, especially by thin steel plate more and more types of materials. Choosing a suitable plate to meet the requirements of sheet forming, building the correct supply relationship between the parts and steel plate, is the common goal for the car factory and the steel mills. To accurate, convenient and intuitive assessment of the overall sheet forming properties, some of our domestic automobile plants and steel mills have began to do some studies. It is a worth studying,if summed up the experience and law, and summarized by using expert system knowledge to organizational management and evaluation of automotive stamping parts of the selection process.This paper analyzes the modern automobile plate in the actual production of automotive sheet metal forming and the basic theory of knowledge.Then do classification in accordance with its different parts and functions, and in the light of the material in the production of statistics and records, established the relationship between the various types of parts and various materials. At the same time Also do forming Category for stamping parts,analyzed FLD application for the material selection, decided the material selection rules for the system.on the basis of above analysis and research, also used human experts to analyzed selection process. Discussed the expert system modules in detailed. Use of productive knowledge methods and framework knowledge methods to establish knowledge base,then established the expert system which can optimize and forecast the selection results,and evaluate the Formability of the stamping parts. The expert system will be open through the man-machine interface, implementation of the outcome of the accumulation and dissemination. Finally, do a test and an example to demonstrate the process of selection.
