Hazard and Operability Analysis( HAZOP) as a production apparatus and process safety system evaluation method, widely accepted by many domestic and foreign Petrochemical Industries Co, chemical production enterprises and the design organization, and applied to the life cycle devices. But the HAZOP analysis report on paper medium stored in various enterprises, is not convenient for field operation personnel inquiries, it cannot help in the emergency disposal.So the analysis report for subsequent use value greatly reduced. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to research and develop HAZOP expert system applied the results to the enterprises, so as to provide guidance for field operation personnel the risk measures and operation, so that to maximize the value of information, the results of HAZOP can realize the sharing of experiences.In this paper, the domestic and foreign co mputer aided HAZOP related literature are researched. On this basis, an artificial intelligence expert system technology available at home and abroad for reference, to the user HAZOP risk management function demand as the goal, carries on the outline design to the HAZOP expert system, including the design of the software structure, the functions of each module definition and implementation ideas, relationship between modules; and on the basis of summary of the design, the HAZOP expert system is designed in detail, including realizing idea, program structure, key data structure and the interfaces among the modules and so on. Using C# programming language developed with case upload, maintenance, query, management and other functions of the scalable HAZOP expert system. It is divided into man- machine interface subsystem and database subsystem, the former includes five modules: user login, case upload, case management, emergency guidance and system management. The latter includes device type library, rules library, PID library and HAZOP analysis results library. At the same time, using the HAZOP interface of expert system and DCS, without affecting the normal operation of the DCS system in the control room of the situation, through the leads from the DCS system alarm signal, DCS signal alarm condition to trigger the HAZOP expert system and database access, real-time access to the guidance and solutions of production device in abnormal conditions.In order to test the effect of application of expert system based on the HAZOP case, this paper choose a typical pilot device to test and evaluate the function and role of HAZOP expert system in acrylonitrile device, and achieved good results. |
