Cementing operation, which is one of the key projects of drilling engineering, is animportant part in oilfield exploring and developing operation. The technologies of cementingoperation have a great effect on not only final productivity, but oil well life, well productivityand the well productivity capacity and profit. Cement unit is the key equipment of cementingoperation. As the developing construction of China modernization, the growing of nationaleconomy and need of petroleum, more and more special cementing operation comes out, suchas long depth well cementing, double density cementing, horizontal cementing, two plugscementing, the difficulties increase. In order to meet such demands, cement unit needs higherrequirements on cementing technologies and stabilities. So, the research of cement unit onstability and high technology parameters are very important, and means a lot on cementingoperations and cement bond.According to requirement of Daqing geology and cementing operation demands, thispaper accomplishes the design of cement unit GJC75-30, cementing operation test andmodification of compatibility.The main job of design cement unit is to design and select the on-deck engines,transmissions, water tank and pumps, and adjust the compatibilities of cementingperformance. The on-deck unit qualities and positions have a great effect on this specialcement unit.According to the technology performance requirements of the cement unit, the mainparts such as the chassis, the on-deck engine, the hydraulic transmission, the triplex pistonpump, the auxiliary diesel engines, the centrifugal pump, etc. are designed and selected in thispaper. The control system of double engine and double pump cement unit is developedaccording to the SY/T5611-2001"cementing cement unit" and other relevant provisions,including the automatic mixing system, the hydraulic system, the gas system and the circuitsystem.Not only dose this paper analyzes the advantages of GJC75-30, but connects thecementing operation test, compatibility of all cement components and finalization designing,which makes a certain contribution to develop the Chinese cementing equipment andcementing operation.
