Research On Construction Of Lean Production Management System In C Cigarette Factory

Lean production is considered the best methods of management in recent years, which is widely used in manufacturing production management. The widely apply of this methods has made a big difference to production of cigarette, it makes the cigarette factory turned their focus from technical issues to focus on production management processes. To improve economic performance and the extent of modern cigarette factory, by improving the degree of refinement and avoiding the waste in the production process. This paper holds that applying of lean production and build a lean production management system is the inevitable choice for C cigarette factory to create a modern cigarette factory.This paper start from the core concepts of lean management, explore the concept of lean management and the methods and processes of project implementation. With the information of C cigarette factory and applying its basic method and managing tool, we can presents the necessity and feasibility of applying lean production. On this base, with comprehensive analysis of C cigarette factory production management department issued to the management of the project objectives and project contract requirements, combined with the actual situation of the construction project, analyze the status of C Cigarette Factory Lean project management system, to find the perfect direction of the lean production management system construction. In this regard the use of project management and related systems thinking methods and techniques and to study the use of MES, SPC and other research projects propulsion system design C cigarette factory lean production management system to improve the management level and ultimately company the goal of maximizing performance.This paper study the lean production management system of C cigarette factory, comparing different horizontal and vertical management system model, design a development strategy for C cigarette factory, which also has practical operability. This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter outlined the background and significance, and lean manufacturing research at home and abroad recounted, which made research methods and main content. The second chapter introduces the theory of lean production management system, which is the theoretical basis for the article. The third chapter is the current situation and problems of C cigarette factory for analysis. The fourth and fifth chapters are detailed in building lean production management system of C cigarette factory to optimize the design and implementation.
